You know what? I think that might be a dealer's car. Since the early release date of the SRT-4, dealers who were supposed to have gotten trained for the SRT-4 came back and start slapping anything on one of their regular Neons. I have heard from few sales/tech who were instructed to do this madness with some given amount of $$$..and it's up to him/her to make it happen.
