Yes, we are a distributor of VIS hoods. It is true that VIS is moving to another wherehouse and is not releasing parts to ANY distributors. We have been patient and are just waiting for our products to arrive. I have discussed this with Mike and when the order was placed I specifically told him it will take a while. I don't know if he relayed this to you but he called and cancelled the order. I don't know how his refunding procedures are so you would have to contact him to get your money back.
