I saw a similar situation happen with a 4th gen EF sedan... turning a corner and snap... all 4 RF lugs broke off & the wheel rolls over the curb, the car smashes into the curb and messes up the whole RF corner...

And yes, it was out of the blue... car had been fine for months and wham... it broke...
