if ur engine is older u might not want to crank up the compression on a n/a set up either, id suggest looking into just getting a long block swap for ur b16a2 probably cost about 500-600$ start with a newer block and then once uve got that decide if u want to go n/a and work the engine up with lighter internals and a sweet valve train, or if u want to start on a forced induction route, save ur money and decide what route is best for u
