Today I am going into training..
I have been lifting weights since last monday, doing heavy lifting. My running partner (father's bestfriend) wants to get back on track with running m-f, 2 miles each day, then build up eventually to 5 miles in a month or two. I will also be going on a protein drink daily (most likely Whey) after I get into the routine. Will also be changing my diet a little to accomodate the heavy lifting, I plan on putting on some muscle, which is why I will need to start running again. I'm at 17.5" bicepts, will be looking to get to 20"-21" which is what I was going for when I was at 19.5"
oh yeah, my dad's bestfriend is 31, ex marine :shocked:
