so like the title says i am thinking of buying this civic coupe that went on sale in my condo complex, i kinda know the "lil old lady" that owns it...

its a 94 ex, with 45,000 miles, she is the original owner and i hate parking next to her cause she always keeps that damn thing clean all year round...lol

so anyway, what do you think i should pay for it? are there any recalls or problems specific to that year/model i should know about? what other problems should i look for? thanks in advance.
