1. It's the right choice if that's what you want and it fits your budget. It's all up to you to decide if that's the motor you want.
2. You need whatever the engine doesn't come with. Tranny, axles, ECU, throttle body, exhaust manifold, sensors, and a lot of other stuff that I can't think of right now. You might need the shift linkage and throttle cable from some other car, but not sure.
3. Turbos are fine with this engine. You probably want to lower the compression though. People will tell you that a B18B is better for turbo, but whatever you want.
4. Don't know, but it depends on where you get it from. If you do it yourself or not. What parts actually come with the engine. Things go wrong, things brake, clutches may be worn, timing belt me be shot, etc...
