If I wired it to the outside corner light, as soon as my headlights come on(automatically thanks for NightVision
) the sidemarkers would come on too. End result would be always on/blink.

No, I say blink only... wire to the lower turn signals... I think it looks kinda odd when there is a light on the side of the car always on.
Only other thought would be to wire them to the cooling fans...

Nah, wiring them to the bumper lenses cause no matter what, the only time those come on is when im signaling.

just make sure you splice into the positive that blinks and everything should be alright

agreed, always on=ricer. Problem w/wiring them to the corners is that when the headlights come on, they light up so my sidemarkers would be always on/blink. Gonna have to wire em to the bumper lenses if I want blink only. Yeah, amber lenses.
