Damn man...cutting springs are soooo 4/5 years ago. Like stated above, springs are so cheap that its not worth cutting. Cutting them deviates the springs from their original settings. The springs were designed to perfectly perform at that length, and if you cut them, you'll be screwed up. Ive seen so many cases of people's cars being messed up by cutting them, and there is no guarantee that you'll cut them perfectly identical to each other. Dont go thru this hassle, and buy some new springs that are lower.
