I have the H&R sports and would recommend them. They are a bit more firm than stock, and eibach from what I hear, but I like it. It's a sporty ride, but non uncivilized by any means.
This is what my wheel gap looked like with just the H&R sports and stock shocks:
(and I when I bought them the gap was advertised as 1.75Front, 1.5Rear)
Since then I've lowered the front just .25" more.
