you can do what you want... it kinda depends on the low beam bulb type... like, ive never heard of putting HID's into an H3 housing... just because the bulb is so stubby... but if it takes an H1 or H4 (which they typically do) then you'll be fine... just get a matching HID kit, or custom mount some D2R/D2S bulbs.
