The car starts are 3600, doesn't mean it will end at 3600, could easily go up. You need to have faith in your car broker to inspect the car well before he bids on it for you. I will tell you this though, in life, you generally get what you pay for. Auctions are a little different....but if other people don't want to put that much into it, you know there is something wrong.
