so is their a specific design i should put the heat shield on, like is their specific parts i should cover? also where can i buy this w/o ordering online and how much?

i was also wearing shorts today and i can feel the hot air coming through the vents for the feet. also i had the ac on all day and when i took a turn hard, some water or maybe coolant? spilled from somewhere underneath the center conlsole. this is so weird and scary. any reason to why liquid spilt on my foot?
