I seem to think so, but it's probably because I drive a DOHC non-Vtec LS. I was gonna go LS/VTEC but it is way too much money for that. I'd rather spend that money on boost and building my engine to hold more boost. anyone agree? Twas gonna buy a GSR, but since it was White I did not. So I went with the LS instead.
To my understanding Vtec is a function that activates when the engine reaches a certain RPM by changing the cam lobe to make more efficient power though not extraordinary. Is this true?
any opinions?
i found someone to make my car a gsr (the ls/vtec swap) for $1500....find someone who has access to parts from a junk yard and has done lots of swaps before.
