Removing the cat is illegal. Get a hi-flo cat and you should be fine. The stock cat is a major bottleneck, and is the #1 most overlooked performance upgrade for folks who do bolt-ons.

As I stated before, a fellow Integra owner (95') dynoed his stock GSR and got a whopping 95 whp. Problem? A clogged cat.

This does not mean you should hollow out your stock cat, nor does it mean you should run a test pipe.
