Hi, a friend of mine wants more power out of his daily driver 96 2.2 VTEC Accord and has decided to do the basic intake, cat-back exhaust (not too loud), and computer mods. He doesn't want to spend too much so could anyone please recommend the best bang for the buck parts. THANKS!
