Default D16Z6 All Motor Help

I have a 93 D16Z6 with 160k miles. I don't want to swap or turbo, I just want to add some power to this motor for as little money as possible, but not going all out cheap crap. Also, I can build it over time, don't need to be fast tomorrow or anything.

I know ZC pistons will fit as well as 87-89 Integra pistons. I don't want to do this mod myself, so do you know about how much it will run for labor? Would this be the time to get a new, thinner head gasket or will the compression be too high. Will I sacrifise engine reliability with pistons that are this old? How can I tell if they're bad? Will HX pistons be overkill? Would it be a good idea to get pre 90 Integra rods as well, or is it not necessary.

A B-series throttle body will fit, I was told. Will I be able to use the sensors I already have? Does year off TB matter at all? Will I have to port the intake manifold no matter what, or only if I get one bigger than a certain size.

I plan to get cams on my car. I'd like to do the stage1 since I like have a nice idle and don't want to sacrifice power down below. I was looking into Crower and Zex. Anyone have any experience with these cams? Would it be a good idea to get the springs and retainers anyway even though i'm not getting the stage2? Do I have to get cam gears as well?

My clutch will need replacing very soon. I was thinking Act stage1 or should I just get a factory clutch? I was smooth engagement and I want it to last. I will be taking it to the strips maybe once a month, is this bad for a stock clutch? Should I have dealer install or go to a place like Clutch Doctor.

Are there any other interchangable parts for this engine that will increase power?

Thanks,
Mark
