Yeah the filter itself is really cheap, just install it yourself.

undo the tiny bolt on top that relieves the pressure in the line (put a rag over it while you're going at it so it doesn't spray gas in your eye) then undo the bigger bolt under that, and the bolt on the other line. Do in reverse to put the new filter in and tighten it down GOOD.
