uhhh if you read about what happened it wasn't her fault. the airline company wanted to put more equipment on the plane that wasn't allowed, she had nothing to do with it.
it was the other way around, the pilot insisted she couldn't but eventually relented. it was his mistake for not being the voice of reason, but regardless ive got no sympathy for the situation, and it certainly wasn't tragic.
