Yes i did do a ring end gap test for each cyl. they were well within spec. The motor stayed in the car, low cash flow, and way too much work, thats why it wasnt honed, i talked to numerous machine shops around here and they said it wasnt neccesary with such low miles ( if it was truly neccessary i would have waited until next winter when i go to school) . Im not afraid of it losing power due to the unhoned block, reving only to 4 grand i can tell you already it pulls alot harder than the old pistons. Im itchn to rev that thing out, it takes allot of dicipline to hold back that lead foot of mine.
