i think the civic brake master cylinder is sufficient enough, but sorry to say don't take my word for it, but i remember my friend did his and he didn't replace that, but as for effiency i'm not sure, yes the jdm are the ten spoke white wheels, all the wheels are white till you get to the 2000 and 2001 usdm itr. The kit should provide everything you need to do the swap, the only problem you might have is if you already have a suspension in your car, meaning lower springs and struts, when you do the rear of your car, you'll have to use your existing rear control arms which are a lot smaller than the itr. I don't know the numbers but you should contact some places that do the swap, like the place your buying it from or A&J racing in canada, vancouver, just look it up in Google.com, you'll see their website, but ask about the brake master cylinder. peace
