I think it's a great idea. One point though, think about the location. If you're in a bad neighborhood, you'll most likely attract thugs. One of the nicest malls here used to have all the thugs until the arcade went away. Good thing they don't know that it's back, so not many thugs have showed up at the mall. On the flipside, thugs will pay a lot of money to play video games. It'll give the place a bad vibe though.
