oh, man. this thread has officially gone down the toilet. but here's my take on it all.

rice is rice. people have different definitions of it. what i think is rice may not be what someone else thinks is rice. but does that mean that we're not allowed to state our opinions about it? it shouldn't. and if you post on here asking what people think, you're to both kinds of reactions. one telling you it's rice, another telling you it's nice. and we've seen that in this thread, and countless other times on here. i must have missed where we were putting you, CiviChik97, down, other than when we said altezzas were rice. when we talk about "knowing stuff about cars" we mean actually knowing the inside of engines, and the like. not knowing a neon from a civic, or knowing how to put altezzas on. i would consider someone who has done a swap to have more knowledge than someone who has put a big wing on their car, because they know their car inside and out. i'm not saying that you have to have done your swap yourself, or even have to have a swap to know anything about cars. i'm saying you can't say you know about cars because you put on an exhaust, or changed your tail lights yourself. yes, you can do stuff to an automatic. i have an automatic. the greatest mod you can do to an auto is to change it to a manual. it's a known fact that auto transmissions can't handle as much hp as a manual, unless you get one that's made for high hp applications (like level 10 or others). and i find it interesting that your bf won't even tell you what he's done to his car. kinda makes you wonder. but i digress. we can't force you to like certain things, and we're not even trying to. we're just stating our opinions which, btw, is what kabooki asked for in the first place. why you felt that you had to defend him, i'll never know.
