The sliding door on a friend of mine's 2000 EX Odyssey has a problem with his sliding door jambing. Sometimes it opens but sometimes it doesn't. What could be the problem and what can he do to fix it??

Also the rear wiper doesn't work all the time. Any tips and tricks and how to fix it??
