H&R's have been known to be quite low. You may not notice it when you first install it, but when it's been given time to settle, your tires may just be flush with the fenderwell. You could probably get away with your stock struts for awhile, but I wouldn't wait too long to get new struts. It'd be best if you could do both [springs and shocks] simultaneously to save on installation costs, unless you could do that sort of thing by yourself.
