basically, those standardized tests reflect the dominant culture, which is White Americans. WOOPs..aren't you white Fuji?
Did you go to a ghetto school where theres no AP classes offer? Did you go to a school where teachers are unqualified? Did you even see how schools are in south central LA?
Trust me, it's a lot different here in the west coast.
