oh, my mom's buying a duplex. it would be somewhere on the southside of milw [not in the ghetto]. were still waiting for the final court hearing of her divorce:doh: its been over a year now and the only thing that they got settled was custody of my lil bruh. they havent even got to the financial part of the divorce so it may be a while still.


she's plannin on renting it out to either relatives or friends of the fam, or any people that we know that can keep up on the rent. the main reason for going the duplex route is because her retirement funds are kinda :ugh: right now. financing it shouldn't be hard, or we may not have to finance it at all because she's expecting to get 1xx,xxx from the divorce settlement:naughty:
