It's not a ITR, but it has the black inner housing.
SiR-G's didnt come with the USDM spec ITR seats.
The carbon fiber bezel dash trim can be bought separately.

couple other things
its missing the rear oem kit pieces, also not sure if the oem kit was offered in jdm land
he doesnt have a jdm fog light button
his redline is 6900RPM WTF is this??? supposed to be 8000
steering wheel is from a sir-g its dope
the climate control is USDM im pretty sure
those are the seats that came in the SIR-G though
they came in 98+ i believe, i have seen them before
as are the rear seats
he has no fuse cover
his ground is wrong hehe
he didnt mention his aftermarket HIDS in the ad
his anteanna may be on the wrong side, not sure on this one
this is my guess
it WAS a base model integ with the SOHC engine or b18b engine
it was converted to GSR/SIR-Vtec spec with engine and interior upgrade cuz he says it is a b18c1!
also various other items were fixed and replaced with some usdm or jdm parts
its clean though, ill give him that
way cleaner then my car
