When you decide to build up your block for that turbo consider the cost and then look at importbuilders.com and look at their prices. My friend just got his 2.0L GSR engine back from them and had them dyno it too. The guy that invented Hondata tuned their car. 222whp! Those guys know how to build `em.
If you decide to do it don't forget to balance and blueprint that bottom end. Don't waste your time on knife edging the crank. Its not worth it. I would suggest sleeves definitely. How much would it suck to have the pistons and rods that can handle the boost, but then your sleeves can't. Since you'll have sleeves you might as well bore the engine out too. Get as much displacement as you can.
