1) aren't H&R and Nuespeed the same thing, i'd go H&R cause i think you can find them cheaper and they are the original maker of them, not just a renamed product.

2)get an alignment and go from there, but plan on at least doing the bolt and washer trick. if you have -1.3 camber up front or less you can live with that.
