Default Bridging Amp?

Ok well the subs i have (2) 10" audiobahns that handle 400W RMS each and what i'm planning on doing is buying two of these Bazooka EL1500 because it seems bazooka has discontinued them or something and they are sellin for like $50 each. Here are the specs of the amp, now from everywhere i have read these specs below are RMS.

Voltage 10.5-14.4
Channels 1
Sensitivity 450mv - 8v
Frequency Response 20Hz-20kHz
Fuse (4) 15A @ 60A
Crossover Low Pass ONLY
Protection Speaker, Ground, Thermal
Max Power Output 700
Power @ 4 OHM 385 x 1
Power @ 2 OHM 500 x 1
Power @ 1 OHM Not Recommended
Power @ .5 OHM Not Recomended
Signal To Noise Ratio 100 dB
Hi Input Level 1.0 - 10.0V
Battery Voltage Range 10.5VDC - 15.0VDC
Crossover Range 50-250Hz,sloped @ 12db/Oct
Bass EQ 12db @ 45Hz
RCA Input yes

Anyways i was just wanting some thoughts on whether or not i should get two of these to power each one of my subs. Also how would i be able to fool the amp into thinking the sub is 2ohm to get 500 watts? From everything i have read dont you bridge channels to get that..so technically you wouldn't be able to do it with this amp? Thanks for the help...

Can someone also tell me if its even possible to do that with a sub that is 4ohm? I don't really understand how this all works with the ohms i understand it's the resistance that the amp detects but does the sub have to be 2ohm stable in order to brige it and get the amp to think its 2 ohms?

thanks!
