not even sure... I bought my car brand new in 96 and these were the stock honda wheels that were on them... if i remember correctly, at the time a bought it, the wheels were on there as a promo for all DX's that came that month... I only know of about 3 sets in the city... they are some pretty light 13" alloys, they were silver with a polished face (kinda like how the GSR blades/swirleys were)... as of now, they are gunmetal and have my winter tires on them...


as for the tint, everyone is right in saying that the VHT Nightshades Taillight Tint Spray is what I used...
