at idle cold or warm the idle speed can be from 250- 2000 back and forth. And when i start driving the car cold it sort of chuggs along for a minute or two till it warms up then its fine and doesn't do it any more. These seem like two totally unrealated problems. Any suggestions where to start trouble shooting.
