You should double or triple check on those rules tho, sounds kinda fishy.
But if that is the case, consider yourself lucky! Honda never put an engine with the power(and certainly not the torque) I want in a 5th gen.

it's not necessarily a loophole, the rules allow you to swap engines within the same chassis, same as the eclipse guys swaping out for the turbo motors
