uhm that's just 30 bucks cheaper than the other one, why not get a full pro job for that little of money
they rip you on the paint...painting a bumper takes less than an hour. and they will do it on the side for cash.
they will probably have some left over paint that the last costumer paid for..which you are going to pay for also..and get ripped.
