First off, Ive seen Fidanzas for $269 shipped. Around ACT pricerange. Second, how specifically is the Fidanza not worth the extra $100? Why exactly isnt the ACT the best choice...what makes you say Fidanza is worth any amount of money over the ACT? And who says Toda is the best???
What Im getting at here guys is that if youre going to post something, PLEASE post FACTS and REASONS supporting your statement. Not just a blatant opinion or recommendation based on nothing, or based on something that you think you kinda maybe might know. Thats not good enough. And if you arent sure, just say you arent sure.
I got my ACT Prolite for 200 with a groupbuy. The Fidanza was advertised for 295 on the same groupbuy. What facts could I possibly state that would say the Fidanza is so much better than the ACT, or worth an extra hundred dollars? The only reason I stated that the Toda was the best, is that Toda makes great parts, and my mechanic has a 7 lb Toda wheel on his Si and says it kicks ass. The person who started this thread asked for opinions on what he thought were the best clutch and flywheel products.
And if YOU don't have an aftermarket clutch or lightened flywheel, I believe YOU are the one who needs to give facts, because YOUR opinions on the issue become worthless, except what you have heard from your buddies. I have one, therefore my OPINION counts. I know firsthand how much it affects the performance of an Integra.
And I am not sure how much the Fidanza is better than the ACT or vice versa, but I don't believe its worth spending that extra money on. The truth is, and anyone can try and prove me wrong, that the difference in power you gain (release) in any of the 7/8 lb flywheels will be negligible. The designs of them all are pretty damn similar.
Anyway, I feel its easy for someone to say "Post Facts!! Not Opinions!!" when they are not stating "facts" themselves...merely criticizing others opinions.
