Im building an LSVTEC turbo, and I also have done some reasearch on cams. I think a lot of people just assume that a cam with a larger lift is better for forced ind., but I think that you want a longer durration. Im using a civic type R for intake and integ. type R for ex. (b18c1 head). Honda cams are good grinds anyways..I thought...I could be wrong
