Is your stereo on the same fuse as the rest of that? your stereo could be sucking too much power and blowing the fuse out if it's on the same fuse. 2 ways to try to eliminate that as the problem.....

either do the math if your stereo needs more power than is being supplied through that fuse and use a larger fuse to compensate

or

Run your wiring for the stereo directly to teh battery (hard wiring). downside of hardwiring is that if you don't remember to turn the stereo off when you leave the car, you come back to a dead battery.

can't help you with a pic of the fuse panel cover, cause my car is a 96 and yours is a 95.

Another possibility is that the equipment running on those fuses is going bad.

Another possibility is that you put a fuse in that wasn't manufactured right and it blew out at a lesser amperage than it was supposed to. diagnose and let us know what the prognosis is, doc!
