yea. for each ~80 pounds = .1 sec slower.
as for wheels.. 1 pound off the wheel(s)* ~ 40 pounds off cabin/chassis. (i've read)

so the stock AVG. gsr time is around 15.3 soo expect ~15.5 from a sedan
