I use a phillips and a flathead, putting the flathead on one side and twisting it slightly just to add some resistance, then w/the phillips, back the plastic screw out. using two flatheads will work, but more likely to damage them or the lining itself by enlargening the hole. Replacements are like .50ea at Honda.
