Try www.gamefaqs.com and they have a pc code section for each game.
Be specific next time because when you say GTAVC it is assumed for the PS2.
my fault... now that I look back I forgot to mention that.
I'm just going to try some of the cheats for GTA3 and see if they work in VC.
