its not really that hard. all you have to do is take of the old one, and the new one only really fits in one way, i thought it would be hard too, but i jsut did one for the first time last week and it only took about an hour and i wasnt in a hurry what so ever.pics

look at this thread, it has some pics of the installment. it was on a B18c in a hatch, so it will be alittle differerent. but it is all basically the same idea. hope it helps.
