I inquired about new plugs, and the dealer basically told me I was nuts because they are "real" platinums and should last a lot longer than 35K. My tranny fluid was never flushed........keep in mind this car has gone in for Honda's recommended service, never longer than 1K after the service is supposed to be done (with exception of the 30K mile service, which doesnt really replace much anyway).

Figures about the fuel filter..........I couldnt find any info on it, so I could only assume its something that Honda didnt intend on replacing in the cars first lifetime.

As far as the distrib cap and rotor, again....Ive taken it for all the Honda recommended services, none of which have included a new distrib cap and rotor.

Perhaps even Honda cant keep up with the maintenance?
