If you don't have one yet, get the V2.

If you have the original, stick with it. Not worth the $ to upgrade.

I've got the Comptech Icebox & am very happy with it. The throttle response is better than the AEM. The AEM made the majority of it's power on the top-end, as opposed to everywhere with the icebox.
