Whatsup everyone i have a situation.
This past september i gave this guy that i found threw the internet to do some work on my car and he also sells things wholesale. He did my axles and i bought other small items. I would go to his house and he would do the job. He worked for a shop at the time. He then said he could buy and install bigger and better items such as a valvetrain and other things. So i gave him the large amount of money. Every since then he has been giving me excuses it is now May! I have his cell phone, his house number, his old address he said he moved. His full name and i have some conversations on the internet and on the phone that i have saved. What should i do? Take him to court? I have witnesses at the time when i gave him the money or when i went to his shop and garage. I have his business card too. The one and very important thing i do not have is the receipts that he promised. Any advice would be appreciated with people that have already crossed this bridge.
