so I was pulling out into an intersection after a slightly delayed reaction to the light turning green, and a guy coming perpendicular to me blows his light and wrecks into me at 30+mph with his 2002 impala sedan. It stalled my car instantly and I slid sideways into a curb 20 ft away. The whole right side is messed up, front bumper needs replaced along with right fender, door, and my right front suspension components were screwed up. Not to mention he cracked my right jdm headlight. I'm ok, except for some soreness, but I will be angry beyond belief if they declare it totalled. Is there any advice u guys can give to me in terms of getting it repaired, or getting extra money from his insurance company, or adding money to get the whole car painted... things like that.
