Sorry you had to learn the hard way, but horsepower costs money. Period. You want increased performance, you will pay real money. Not six bucks or whatever. And under no circumstances would I recomend anyone to touch the ECU in any way, shape, or form. The ECU has programed software in the EEPROM, and if you ground it inadvertently, you just ruined a 450.00 processor. I understand that people want to remove the speed limiter get different fuel management, and there are some products that can do that somewhat reliably. But those are expensive, and you always run a risk with aftermarket ECMs.
