Not the rear lower tie bar, the rear sway bar. Also called anti-sway or anti roll bar. Lots of people put them on to move the car's personality more toward neutral from understeer. Suspension Techniques and Neuspeed make them for fourth gen. Accords, as well as some others. Anybody got one with an aftermarket exhaust? Clearance problems?

eliteaccord- what did you notice when you put the upper rear strut bar on?

Thanks to all who reply- I'm resorting my suspension and am wondering about what to put on. Am leaning toward H&R Sport Springs and KYB AGX shocks... Any thoughts?
