the little switch on the clutch is a direct ground for the starter solenoid. cut that and put a toggle on it and hide it, not only will it never start unless someone crosses the contacts on the starter itself, but you can have fun setting starters on fire by cranking while in gear. NOBODY will be able to steal your car then.
