i would personally definately go with the f22b1/turbo setup. you can squeeze out so much more hp than going n/a h22. the SOHC tends to work better with turbos and have pretty strong connecting rods that can handle more power. ALSO, the f22b1 can generate LOTS of torque, and it has 8.8:1 compression which is low and good for a turbo.
